    SHIPPING POLICY:

  • We at Sooperbuy know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
  • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 2-5 business days within India
  • Nominal shipping charges for all orders across India.
  • The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.



    RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY:

    We at Sooperbuy.com work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

    7 days easy exchange policy subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
  • Must be returned in its original packaging.
  • No refunds unless the products received were damaged.


We will arrange for the product pickup from your location unless specified otherwise. All returns, exchange and warranty claims will be processed after examining the claim and approval from us.

If you receive a broken/damaged product, or if the wrong order was shipped to you, we offer a free replacement of the same model and colour, provided it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will offer store credit. We will cover the cost of returns for broken, damaged products or if the wrong product was shipped to you.
